Returns & Exchange Policy
We at Earth & Oak take great care to ship products of utmost quality and do not accept Return/Exchange for them.
Keeping in mind there is always room for human error, we exchange products which are delivered with a manufacturing defect, provided we are intimated about the same within 24 hours after delivery.
Note:
- Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
- Product is only eligible for exchange if the customer has a parcel opening video clearly capturing the defect.
- We do not facilitate pickups for exchanges/returns. You are requested to ship the product back to us and inform us once done.
- Damage does not include any issues related to style, design, or print.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible.
- Customized products and international orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
- If a product is purchased from a third party (not directly from our website), the exchange process must be handled directly with that retailer.
- Exchange Process
- If your purchase qualifies for an exchange based on the criteria mentioned above, kindly reach out to our team within 24 hours of delivery at:

- Our customer care team will investigate and respond within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once approved, follow the steps below: - Pack the product in its original packaging, including invoice, tags, labels, bags, etc.
- Ship the product to our studio address (as shared by customer care), along with:
- Your name and address
- Order number
- After receiving your item, our warehouse will conduct a quality check.
If it passes, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 business days.
If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer a product of equal or greater value.
No exchange/refund will be provided if:
- An incorrect/incomplete shipping address was shared.
- Delivery failed after 3 attempts.
- The recipient refuses to accept the package.
Important:
If the package appears tampered or damaged, do not accept it. Please mark “Damaged Package” on the delivery receipt.
Any unforeseen charges (like duties or fees at delivery location) will be borne by the customer. Refusal to pay such charges will result in the product being returned to us, which will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed.
- Once an order is processed, no cancellation will be accepted.
- No cancellation, exchange, or refund is allowed for sale items.
Refund Policy
- If eligible for exchange and a replacement is not possible, a credit note will be issued to your registered email.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months and redeemable online only.
- No monetary refunds will be issued.
General Terms & Conditions
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Products bought on sale/discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products purchased before a sale cannot be exchanged during a sale.
- No refund will be issued if:
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping address was provided.
- Delivery fails after 3 attempts.
- Package is refused by the recipient.
- In international shipments, the recipient refuses to pay duties and does not collect the package.
- Always check that your order is in good condition before accepting.
- If damaged, retain all packaging and mark “Received Damaged” when signing with the courier.
